Bankers who love banking
Ever since I’ve read this story about a super passionate intern I have been scouring wso for more. Do you guys have any similar stories about people who you’ve worked with that clearly had a love for the game?

It’s one thing if the main reason you hated the job because the modeling was too hard (likely never would be able to structure deals anyway). Most people hate it for the opposite reason - its doing something for the millionth time for it to end up being reverted in the next set of comments with no incremental learning

Met a guy in uni that just had a burning passion for finance / banking. There was just something different about this guy - you could feel the energy behind his interest. One smart mf’er that went from a top bank to HF very quickly. (From a non-target, too)
Thanks buddy, +1. Can you go deeper, for example, things he did, situations he went through, etc. more sb’s if you do
