Expect the three rounds to be split into behaviorals, resume based questions, and technicals (common interview brain teasers). I’d make sure you have your answer down for why pubfin and what is pubfin, and try not to sound too generic. Wouldn't go too deep into bond math, but try to get a high level understanding of how muni bonds are priced (MMD + spread), types of muni bonds (GO vs. revenue), tax-exempt vs taxable, maybe refunding/advanced refunding, and be able to talk about covid trends in diff sectors of pubfin. Hope that helps. Good luck!

Had a couple of superdays in PubFin so far, pretty much this although I'd say 90% of the questions I had were resume-based or behavioral. The rest are a mix of brainteasers, technicals, and market-based questions like "Where do you expect interest rates to go in the future".

It could be a probability problem, but in my experience, it's the typical ones from the guides like "how to get 4 gallons from 3 and 5 gallon bucket" and "the lilypad doubles" brainteaser question. I didn't get an offer but I'm happy to help if you have any other questions or want to dm me.

Not sure. Wasn't able to answer the brain teaser so that sucked! What about you?

Has anyone heard back? Any offers, rejections, or waitlist?

Following up to check if anyone heard back? Is today the last day to hear back?

Is it safe to assume that if we haven’t heard back yet are we dinged? It’s been one week! So confused.

Did HR reply quickly? It's been two days since I emailed HR.

Have any non-targets received offers or been placed on the waitlist?
