Barclays Springboard 2020

Haven't seen a thread yet for this, but wanted to get one going since things should start to pick up later this month with the process depending on where everyone is located (target, non, etc). Applied the day of the deadline and now the waiting begins haha

i’m at a semi target, did my phone screens last week, interviewer said i should expect to hear back in the next few days. but that recruiting team was strictly my school alums so idk for you guys. anyone else who heard back and got the invitations?

Is the event date April. 15th-16th for everyone? I applied to the women's program and it was supposed to be April.1st-2nd, while the diversity one is 15th-16th.

Received an email for Superday this Friday, NYC Banking.

just had my Superday done...Anyone heard back from S&T Superday?

Does anyone know how many people participate in Springboard & how many offers are typically extended?

Has anyone, who interviewed last Friday for IB, heard back?

Maybe they're going to interview all the springboard candidates and then come to a decision?

I felt like they went very well. Again, maybe my interviewers excel at hiding their true thoughts. It does seem like we are waitlisted.

Something about waitlisting 6 people (I believe there're 6 ppl here who interviewed last Friday and still haven't heard back) seems off to me. But then again, I'm not sure how many ppl they interviewed on Friday. I wonder what the policy is if you are an outright reject.

Just spoke to HR. They said they wouldnt be able to send out offers this week. They "hope" for early next week.

I interviewed for NYC IB last week. how long should I wait before I assume I did not get an offer?

Most Helpful

for people waiting for decisions from last 2 superdays... was catching up with someone in my network who was somewhat active in the springboard process, they were told information would be coming to us mid-week

should hear back mid-week, assuming Tues-Thurs sometime.

Interviewed on 10th and just heard back. Did not get it. NYC IB.

Did you perform strong or did you make mistakes? How did it go? There's plenty more opportunities down the road, do not worry.

Sorry to hear that. There are other opportunities so don’t give up. Did they say it was a definite no or that something may come up as the springboard progresses?

Did they email you or call you for the rejection? Recently interviewed and I haven't heard back yet, so just curious.

for those that received an offer, how much time do you have to accept/decline?

Everybody who hasn’t heard, presumably? They dont really tell you are on the waitlist

Nope! HR said 7-10 days but someone here said mid tuesday to thursday so I am quite nervous. They have not explained their source yet.
