Barclays vs JPM S&T

If you had summer analyst offers from both, which would you choose? I like that Barclays has a rotational program. And I also liked the culture a lot there. However, JPM has the prestige factor going for it but doesn't offer a rotational program. Also, the culture is more competitive and "corporate". Is one significantly better than the other?
