Base/Upside/Worst Scenarios in DCF

Hello all,

How do I decide on my assumptions in a DCF Model's base, upside, and worst case scenarios? Would it make sense to use, for example, management's optimistic outlook for my upside, more conservative assumptions for my base...and what would be the best way to determine reasonable assumptions for a "worst" case scenario?
