BB AM/Ops rotation
Has anyone heard of something like this? I am choosing a summer SA with a reputable BB (GS/MS) and I interviewed for a bunch of divisions including securities, asset, and operations. I was scheduled for ops but a contact in AM pulled me in to his desk as well so I'm not quite sure what work I will be doing but for a FT offer I will be doing AM (if given one).
I will also be allowed to interview FT with the other divisions besides AM, such as IBD and S&T. Does anyone have similar rotational experiences or have anything to say about BB asset management (did you like it)? I already have a feel for the hours/work.
