BB MO or New Micro VC Fund?

Last year undergraduate here. Got a return offer from a lower-tier BB for a strong group's MO (more on FO support for deals, than Risk) after a summer role & decided to do a buy-side internship and landed a role at a new Micro VC Fund. The fund just started and is a super lean team, so I get to do lot of stuff as well and the fund extended an offer too. For someone with a goal to move to a buyside mega fund, what works best? Would a BB brand name help recruiting better, or relevant experience?
