These are basically the same in terms of prestige, so I wouldn't make that a deciding factor. I would pick whichever one is offering you the industry you're most interested in. If they're offering you the same industry, pick whichever bank has a particular strength in that area of coverage (e.g. Barclays natural resources, BAML c+r). If you've met people you like at one of them, that's a plus as well.
