Literally just took this the other day. It's 14 questions 25 min, lots of numerical brain teasers like given 7^1650 how many trailing zeroes are there, what are the sums of the digits etc. 2020 people standing in a circle, starting with 1 you go around and shoot the guy to the right - repeats until only 1 remains, what number is it. Honestly, it's a bunch of BS and doesn't really help with skills in trading. It was more pattern recognition around numbers so I guess more in-depth thinking, but the other firms who test mental-math, probability/statistics more heavily translate to trading a bit more. I also sucked at this one and performed better in other companies so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Dude, I honestly have no clue, it's like number theory. You can probably simplify the 7^2020 and think like pattern-wise, what is 7^1 2 3 4 remainders and then see the pattern for 2020 etc. This is not my specialty. I passed Optiver and Flow, Flow's mental math was 75 mental with 10 minutes FILL IN THE BLANK, Optivers was 80 mental with 8 minutes but it was literally multiple-choice, with a lot of emphasis on fractions.
