From the client side, assuming no prior relationships, is the experience that the client gets from any top group the same when selling their company in an m&a process like ms menlo/gs tmt/qatalyst?

BB will take advantage of using their DCM teams to provide clients with financing. EB obviously do not offer this, however, they would have a more strategic/creative approach when it comes to figuring out the more complex models
Any chance you could elaborate? What's an example of a more complex model? What do you mean by more creative? It'd be great if you could provide examples.
