A lot of us may be starting our first real job out of college, whether an internship or first-years.
Are there any books that you'd recommend us to read that would help us succeed in the workplace. Things along the lines of Dale Carnegie, stuff about working well with others, productivity etc.

Books wont help as much. Find some ppts/xlsxs and try to recreate them. i promise that will help you more as an SA than any book
What types of xlsx? Just random models you can find online?
Yes and despite the MS, I am sticking to this. Being comfortabke with excel and powerpoint shortcuts/ best practices will help you get up to speed much faster than reading books. When you are stuck spinning your wheels on something, the books you have read wont help you out. But understanding how to be efficient in excel or creative in pptx will. And I have read a lot.. if you want just general finance book recs on what will might help see some interesting perspectives on finance/investing/lifestyle, I am happy to share
There has been a similar thread a while ago and somebody mentioned reading the book "Unbroken" - the story of Louis Zamperini - as good mean to prepare for the analyst grind. Might be a bit exaggerated to draw a direct comparison but nevertheless a fascinating story and I personally devoured the book.
Further but has already been mentioned above, I'd recommend "Monkey Business" - just really fun to read and provides a bit of perspective on how to take some annoying aspects of the job easier. Moreover, in my opinion other noteworthy books include but are not limited to Seneca's "On the tranquility of the mind" and "The Checklist Manifesto" by Atul Gawande.
