Best Project Management Software for Capital Improvements?
Hey WSO, I just started as an Associate at a value-add industrial shop, and one of the things the Directors want me to look into is a better method of tracking capital improvement timelines vs underwriting, both for holding the PMs accountable and also for improving what is baked into our underwriting.
Can anyone recommend a good SaaS program that would allow the Directors and Asset Managers to oversee the PMs progress? Ideally the program would include an original Gannt Chart / timeline that is locked / not changing, and a second one representing the "Actual" ongoing progress?
We have Yardi, Argus, Asana etc, but so far it seems like it's hard to visually see the time slippage when things get delayed over 2-3 dozen properties at once, etc.
Thanks!
VTS is good. more for leasing but gets the job done.
Thanks for the comment!
We have VTS as well - you use that for tracking capital improvements?
Hey everyone, I am still trying to solve this problem and wanted to refresh this post.
Does anyone here use a software solution to track capital improvements and tenant improvements being managed in remote offices? Schedules, bids, progress, photos, files?
Thanks so much in advance!
