Best Sources to Study Technicals Beyond Guides? (LBOs, Accretion/Dilution)

Hey all,

Got some technical interviews lined up for FT recruiting. I've nailed the guides inside out and utilized some past WSO posts to get a sense of accretion/dilution, LBO, and EV/Equity Value questions, but was wondering if y'all knew of some other sources. Sample questions and interview-level study resources would be great. Much appreciation.

Would try to model recent deals out and think about what you're doing and why. Practice makes perfect and knowing technicals from a guide is different than putting it in place in a model or valuation. Sites like multiple expansion, BIWS/M&I are helpful with a holistic view. No need to buy anything unless you don't know how to model and want to learn (helps a lot to hit the job running, first impressions matter) or will have case studies.

Have you read Rosenbaum and Pearl's Investment Banking book? It's more like a textbook, but incredibly thorough and meaty. No practice questions, but it has lots of examples.
