Best task manager?

A first-year at university here. Just generally curious what apps/software those of you working in IB use to effectively organize and manage everything you have to do. 

Also, if anyone wishes to share I'm also extremely interested in learning your tactics for staying focused over a long period of time - especially in the morning.
