Best undergrad school for international student?

Hey, i am planning to study business or finance as an undergrad. Which school is best, so that Wall street firms such as gs or ms ( investment banking) sponsor my green card easily within my opt?

Do more research then revisit this question, i can tell ur close to clueless just from this comment, and another thing is firms don’t sponsor GC when ur in ur OPT phase, it’s usually OPT, H1B then GC if u stick around with them long enough

You need to first understand that if you are offered a job, they will sponsor you regardless of what major you are in. So your question on majors makes no difference in terms of sponsorship. But some majors will make a slight difference in terms of getting the offer or not. But for high finance recruitment, I believe your major is not as remotely important as your school. Also, you don't need an MBA to recruit for banking, most banks if not all recruit undergrads for analyst.

I will advise you to speak with your friends/families who are familiar with this topic because you don't have a good understanding of the immigration/work situation here at the US.

So are you telling that MBAs have a better chance in this situation?

Ivy League + Stanford, MIT, UChicago, NYU-Stern, Berkeley, UMich-Ross, Georgetown, UVA are your typical target schools. You'd stand a great chance of landing IB coming from one of them, although, as you might expect, being international makes it much harder
