1) Harvard, University of Pennsylvanian 2) Yale, Princeton, Columbia, MIT 3) NYU
If you do well at any of these schools you should have a Wall Street job.
What about Brown and Dartmouth?
All else being equal, going to the "highest ranked" school you get into generally gives you the best shot. The list of schools with plenty of alum on wall street is much broader than what Nickh suggested.
The OP asked for the "best", and these are the best in my opinion.
Even if you don't want a job in investment banking from a top school, you will still have tremendous opportunity in other areas.

If you're undecided but know you generally like finance/econ, an undergrad business school would probably be a good choice. You can explore careers through recruiting (more options for OCR sometimes) and take different classes.
A liberal arts/econ education at a top school is great for recruiting, but somewhere with a business school gives you light exposure to all types of business careers with electives/classes. You mentioned Brown/Dartmouth, both are great schools and will be targets if you choose to do IB recruiting, but you will have to major in econ or something else, as they don't have undergraduate business schools. Somewhere like Penn or UMich Ross would also be a target, but at the same time give you exposure to different business courses.
Just my 2 cents as someone who was also undecided, my business classes really helped steer me towards my career.
