Best way to portray intern transition to full-time on a resume?
Hi Monkeys,
Another potential offer is up on the table, which means back to the resume. Since the last rendition of my resume, I have accepted a full time role at the firm which I had previously conducted a 6 month internship.
There has been essentially no major change in the roles and job responsibilities during my time as an intern to full time (except what they can bill clients). My question to the forum is; what is the best way to portray a change from intern to full time on a resume? I am a little hesitant to have two separate entries for the same job as there was little change, and I do not want to have to trim previous experiences which show a natural progression in my resume.
Open to all opinions!
If there was a gap in between I would just change the date to xx-xx, xx-present
