Best Way to Prep for Verbal Case Studies?
Hey everyone,
I have a super day for a reputable MM fund early next week and have heard it is pretty technical, involving multiple paper LBOs and verbal case studies (i.e. given revenue, EBITDA, etc. how much would you pay for this company? Back solve for purchase price given a targeted IRR). I've done searches and have found a few paper LBO examples but was hoping if there are general "shortcuts", best practices, or resources on how to solve these kinds of questions without rambling too much.
Thanks!
