Biden U.S. Infrastructure Bill CRE Plays?

Last week the Biden Administration announced their proposal for a $2 Trillion Infrastructure Bill. Even though it is still early on in the process, and the Administration may need to reduce the scope and cost of the Bill in order to have any hope of passing it, do you think there are any valid commercial real estate plays to come as a result? For example, there is $213 billion for affordable housing ($20 billion of that for AH Tax Credits) and $100 billion for broadband internet access. Could this open up some affordable housing or rural data center plays that could take advantage of the bill. Are there any other strategies that you could see companies going for as a result of the bill?
