I bet the next move is to only count part of their vote when voting for a republican.

Tbh, Biden doesn't have anything to lose by saying that. Black conservatives are a very small minority among African Americans and Biden knows he's gonna get the Black vote thanks to being Obama's VP.

Probably a move to get the no-brain SJWs to vote for him.

I'm just posting here to say we need 4 more years of Trump to see Kayleigh McEnany BTFO stupid white liberal journalists at every press conference. That never gets old.

Who let that guy out of the basement. Totally senile

May 22, 2020

Completely idiotic comment on Biden's part, but let's not pretend like Trump doesn't say dumb, controversial shit on a daily basis.

Can't believe that these are the 2 best candidates America could come up with.

Whatever man.

I'm gonna have lots of fun watching two loudmouthed old dudes going at each other during debates.

Also, Biden reminds me of my own grandfather. He's that funny old guy who sounds racist but doesn't mean it.

Who would you rather have as the Democratic candidate, Bernie?

At least Biden is not a goddamn Socialist gunning for the destrucrion of the financial sector by breaking up banks and taxing trades.

I though Pete buttigieg would have been a decent option. fairly middle of the road, intelligent, young, calculated so he wouldn't get drawn into trumps traps when debating. the fact that he was gay would have just dissuaded voters who base their vote solely on religious issues, and by and large they vote right regardless. the fact that he's inexperienced is a complete nonsequitur because trump didn't have any relevant experience either.

Haha I'm not sure how well Joe Biden is going to match up with DJT...Joe may want to remain in his basement until Nov election blows over

May 22, 2020

Nahh. I think he's got a chance.

Plenty of working class people who voted for Obama voted for Trump that Biden can win back. Plenty of Bernie supporting working class who also voted for Trump who Biden can win back. Plenty of swing voters who vote mainly on policy issues that Biden can win back.

Living in the Midwest, I saw lots of these people who hated Trump but still voted for him because they thought Hillary was worse. Funny that lots of them said in 2016, if it's "Biden vs Trump I'm gonna go Biden."

His shtick so far as been "yeah man, I worked with Obama man..." These blunders have become an actual aspect of his campaign (see: "poor kids are just as smart as white kids"...."I had black kids rubbing the hairs on my leg"...when he is completely unable to articulate himself and or completely botches numbers and doesn't correct himself)

I'm really not that political, but the guy just doesn't have it. I really don't think he's going to go blow for blow with POTUS and I'm not even offering a perspective of their politics. I just think he is going to look old and confused on the stage.

Have you ever heard him talk about "Milton Freezemen?" He interchanges between Freezemen, Freenmen, and some other variation. I'm not trying to be facetious, I really think he has some kind of alzheimer's or something. I'm not trying to make a joke of people who are afflicted, I just think he's not all there.

The below are trump quotes. There is no argument that he's more "there" than Biden and Trump has made a career out of being the dumbest person in the room. Point being, I don't think the gaffes are going to matter - that's not what people are going to vote on.

"I tested very positively in another sense. So this morning, yeah, I tested positively toward negative, right? So no, I tested perfectly this morning. Meaning, meaning I tested negative. But that's a way of saying it, positively toward the negative."

"So, supposedly we hit the body with a tremendous, whether it's ultraviolet or just very powerful light, and I think you said that hasn't been checked, but you're going to test it. And then I said supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or in some other way. (To Bryan) And I think you said you're going to test that, too. Sounds interesting, right?"

"And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning, because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it'd be interesting to check that, so that you're going to have to use medical doctors with, but it sounds interesting to me. So, we'll see, but the whole concept of the light, the way it kills it in one minute. That's pretty powerful. I''m not a doctor. But I'm, like, a person that has a good you-know-what."

"Look, having nuclear -- my uncle was a great professor and scientist and engineer, Dr. John Trump at MIT; good genes, very good genes, OK, very smart, the Wharton School of Finance, very good, very smart -- you know, if you're a conservative Republican, if I were a liberal, if, like, OK, if I ran as a liberal Democrat, they would say I'm one of the smartest people anywhere in the world -- it's true! -- but when you're a conservative Republican they try -- oh, do they do a number -- that's why I always start off: Went to Wharton, was a good student, went there, went there, did this, built a fortune -- you know I have to give my like credentials all the time, because we're a little disadvantaged -- but you look at the nuclear deal, the thing that really bothers me -- it would have been so easy, and it's not as important as these lives are -- nuclear is so powerful; my uncle explained that to me many, many years ago, the power and that was 35 years ago; he would explain the power of what's going to happen and he was right, who would have thought? -- but when you look at what's going on with the four prisoners -- now it used to be three, now it's four -- but when it was three and even now, I would have said it's all in the messenger; fellas, and it is fellas because, you know, they don't, they haven't figured that the women are smarter right now than the men, so, you know, it's gonna take them about another 150 years -- but the Persians are great negotiators, the Iranians are great negotiators, so, and they, they just killed, they just killed us, this is horrible."

I am quite liberal myself, but the worst issues I've run into with racism have come from liberals where they assume I'm disadvantaged or stupid in some way because I'm not white. It drives me fucking nuts.

Man, what's he going to say next? Can you imagine, he might say something like:

"I think if you vote for a Democrat, you are very, very, disloyal to Israel and to the Jewish people" to a group of Jews

He may praise the great bloodlines of one of America's most famous eugenists and nazi sympathizers

He could even call Hispanic immigrants animals. Or tell black people there are no vacancies for their kind.

We got to stop this.

3 months ago, I would've bet Trump wins re-election. Now with the federal government's disorganized response to COVID and a slowing economy, I think the scales have tipped in Biden's favour. He'll steal a lot of the centrist voters that didn't want to vote for Hillary. A lot of Republicans seem to be thinking the same thing and distancing themselves from Trump in order to secure their own chances of being re-elected. November (more specifically, the months leading up to it) is going to be a very interesting time.

The good Christian boy part of me makes me want to say that COVID was God's punishment to America for electing Trump. Especially for all these evangelicals (I ain't saying all the evangelicals are like this) with their mega churches and million dollar book deals and what not. There is no greater blasphemy to use God's name in vain to make money and openly support a man who breaks the 10 Commandments on a daily basis like it's nothing. What false prophets.

I hope to God Trump loses.

I think there's better options than Biden that should've won the Democratic seat, but I also think Trump is grossly incompetent, extremely self-centred, and incapable of stringing together 3 coherent sentences, and basically anybody is better than him at this point.

Then why is God punishing Western Europe with all those libtard leaders like Spain and Italy?

Remember when Trump said there were many different per capitas, that was funny

(To be clear Biden is a trash candidate too this country sucks)

How in the everloving fuck in a country of 327 million people (not counting illegals) do we get only these two retarded boomers as presidential candidates? Wtf is going on?

May 22, 2020

Trump's strategy is to make you hate the other candidate more than him, usually by culture wars (no right answer so people deny contrary evidence). He has his base, but he is not willing or able to grow it the way a traditional candidate would try to do (be an "uniter").

I expect the shots at Biden's x, y, z (ie too old). Trump's record as POTUS is now for evaluation. But when you look at who you would rather see as POTUS during an economic crisis (closest in the polls with Trump), handling of COVID crisis (Biden by a lot), and health care (Biden by far), that's where the debate could be won by Biden.

Will be interesting.
