Big 4 advisory to trading

Hey everybody, I'm 1 year and 7 months out of undergrad with double majors in finance and comp sci, minor in math from a target (primarily for IB though). I'm currently working at a big 4 in its advisory arm with expertise in qualitative/quantitative analysis & data analytics as well as had lots of direct client facing experiences including significant time spent working very closely with teams on the client side in my travels. However, I'm looking to transition into trading.

My questions are:
1. How difficult would it be for a recent graduate to get a trading summer analyst / FT analyst position at a BB (assuming I have the quantitative / analytical skills / strong passion for the markets, have my own trading acct, etc)?

2. If likely, how should I go about it to maximize my chances?

3. If unlikely, what's my best path into trading? (prop trading / hedge funds??) Can you recommend some places for those who are looking to break in?

Much appreciated!
