Big 4 Advisory vs Boutique ER offer

Currently work at EY in advisory (FDD/Valuations role) and received offer for an ER role in Media and Entertainment at a non-US based bank - applied to the position on a whim and interviewed and got the job - wondering if others have opinion on staying at Big 4 for longer (only been here around 2 years) or going into ER now? I'd like to get my MBA within the next 3 years so wondering if it looks bad to switch this early etc
