Big 4 Real Estate Tax to Break Into Real Estate

Hi, I have 3.5 years experience in Big 4 Real Estate Taxes and have solely worked on real estate developer/investor clients. However, I don't see myself doing taxes for life and would appreciate any recommendation for exit option into commercial or residential real estate.

I am currently making ~85K/year (Colorado) and am willing to take the pay cut as long as I don't need to go back to school for additional degree and can have the work life balance in the new position instead of working 80+ hrs non-stop (year-long busy season).

I am in the beginning phase of job search, so truly appreciate any comments/recommendation. Thank you!
