Big 4 Second round interview
Hello all, I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what they know about second round interviews at the Big 4. I have a second round at 2/4 and what I am really interested in is out of all of the people that make it to the 2nd round, how many advance to get offers? Is it like 75%? 50%? 25%? If anyone can give me some insight on what my chances are to get an offer that would be great.
Which group (audit/tax/consulting), city, firm, etc?
For summer or full time?
Most people get offers in big 4 second round. Your chances are good if you're capable of holding a decent conversation. Also, turnover is high, so they hire a bunch of people.
Congrats. I've had first round interviews with 2/4, scheduled for the other two first rounders in march. But I'm only going for Summer Leadership Programs right now.
Right around 50%. I got offers from 3/4 (2nd rounds at all 4), but this was for full time. I'd assume summer leadership 2nd rounds are even greater than 50%, and I think some of them don't even have 2nd rounds for those programs.
I would say it's yours to lose. Remember they picked you for a reason
