Most Helpful

Not an all inclusive list:

Brokerage: Eastdil, HFF, CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, and NKF. This will vary from market to market, but these tend to be the most prominent in major markets (NYC, SF, and LA).

Development: Related Companies, Tishman Speyer, and Hines. But keep in mind with development, there's a ton of shops that are very lean and produce ridiculous returns (and ridiculous carry for VP and up). There is truth to the somewhat stereotypical Newport Beach, CA developer in skinny jeans who has an 8+ figure net worth and pulls in loads of money. I know a guy who fits that bill to a T.
