Biggest Idiot You've Met?

Professional or personal capacity, someone who just made you go "How do you put your shoes on in the morning?"

A boss, a colleague, a classmate, whoever. I just want to read some dumb stories that make me want to rip my hair out.

A user of WSO. Someone who shall go unnamed. Someone who was a speaker or some shit at WSO conference in 2014. A user with a particularly high banana count. Some bowtie-wearing, socially anxious fatbody with a hard-on for small Asian women. An ego 100x bigger than any success he's achieved. All talk and absolutely no walk once you see the guy in person. What a fucking dumbass he was, and what a fucking idiot he continues to be.

Biggest Idiot You've Met?

Chris Noth when I met him at Radio Bar in the West Village.

My sister saw him the same week on the plane and he was nice to her. Typical.

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.
