Biz Dev Startup internship

Background: Senior at a non-target with 3.4 gpa, graduating in August 2018. Previous internships were private equity (junior year summer) and BO in Asset Management (sophomore year).

I took a biz dev internship during the school year for some income at a start up that is a few months old. I am the first employee so I have been given many different types of tasks and "worn a lot of hats". Although great learning experience, how will an internship like this appear to recruiters at boutiques?

I am worried that if i stay with this startup:
1. as the company moves to more of a tech based service, they will no longer need me
2. if I stay too long after graduation IB will no longer be an option for me

Looking to see if any fellow monkeys have held similar positions and how (if at all) it helped you get into IB.
