BlackRock-->B-school?
hi guys:
just wondering if i can get your takes on BlackRock's PMG analyst program. If i work as a PMG analyst there for 2-3 years, does this set me up well for business school? in addition, i'm considering law school and business school (JD/MBA), do you think working at BlackRock and getting some experienced with fixed income/credit risk will be helpful?
Thank you!
Yes.
thanks Flake! what kind of B-school would I be looking at after blackrock? T5? or T15?
thanks!
Do you have an offer from Blackrock? Why are you concerned about what happens AFTER something that is not yet even a guarantee...
Food for thought.
Second, nailing a PMG gig is sick.
FYI, BlackRock just initiated a hiring freeze.
I think this is only through the close of 2011?
good point, guys! thanks!
About the hiring freeze, I don't think it's for the graduate program in PMG.
I know people who have been invited to the AC and they received the call/email after the 12th of December. The message above saying there's a hiring freeze was sent on 3rd of December. So I guess this is not a general hiring freeze, otherwise people wouldn't have been invited to the AC.
isn't every firm on wall street on hiring freeze.
