Blackrock Client Solutions - Portfolio Management Assocaiate

Hi all,

I am looking at the Client Solutions Associate role on the portfolio management side at BlackRock India. Given it's an offshore office, I want to understand the policies of BlackRock on mobility to global offices. Anyone here who can throw some light on the BlackRock's mobility policies? All else equal, the opportunity to move to NY or London office over the next 2-3 years is the decisive factor for me here.

PS: I will definitely discuss this with HR and the group I am interviewing with but want to have an unbiased opinion from some third person too.
