BlackRock Full Time Analyst Recruiting 2020 Thread
There's currently a thread for BlackRock's 2020 SA recruiting, but thought it would be beneficial to start a separate thread for their 2020 Full-Time recruiting process.
From my understanding, I assume the majority of the intern recruiting is done and they're transitioning to conducting interviews/superdays for full-time interviews; anyone know what to expect for final rounds or things to highlight in the superdays? Have people heard or received superday invites, completed superdays, or gotten offers?
I had a first round a few weeks ago with an associate and still nothing so i'm not sure if they dinged me... any news on your end?
I have an interview in SF this upcoming Friday in San Francisco for ETF/Index Investing - I think superdays are going to come in within the next few weeks. Has it been over three weeks since your last interview?
Good Luck! Yeah, it'll be 3 weeks this week... Worried I just didn't move forward but then again I'm not sure how fast/structured full-time recruiting actually is
