Can anyone give me feedback about the choice between these two offers? Thanks!

PAG is a back office role but might be one of the best back office role on the street. You will get exposed to its Aladdin platform, which is used extensively in some other firms as well.
JP AM is divided into WM, PB, and IM. As such, PB is considered the second best choice under JP AM. I would go with JP PB.

also kind of depends on what your role in AM is :P rather be an investor @ the PB than some mid-officey (and maybe some other roles) at the AM side

It's definitely front of the office investor role.

My old firm used Aladdin. It is a shitty platform. Just sayin'.

Is the PAG role for an analyst role or associate?
