I heard from a full-time connection there that they do almost all of their FT recruiting from their intern class, so it stands to reason it is probably more than 1/4 or 1/3.

during my final round interviews i spoke with the head of the grad recruitment programme; said historically it was a lower proportion of sa that convert to ft as the people making the decisions weren't the people leading the teams. they have since changed this and said the return offer rate is more like 5/6
