Blackstone BAAM Ventures Superday?

Hey, I was selected for a superday for Blackstone's BAAM Ventures division - the first round was entirely behavioral. Does anyone know what type of questions to expect for the final round? Not really sure what to expect.

Thanks.

Could you please elaborate "You will be handcuffed for experience and won't have many exit opportunities even for your job upon graduation"? Isn't it like investment research job for BAAM Investment? I am debating an IB SA offer from an European Bank with BAAM Investment one. Which is better?

For the sake of people looking at this in the future: 4 interviews, 2 on 1, 1 interview was technical and based on hedge fund business operations (mgmt vs incentive fees, what costs should be allocated to each, based on x margins and y economy, which type of HF would you invest in, etc.), rest of the interviews were totally fit based.

Good people, interesting work - didn't end up landing the offer.
