also interested just out of curiosity - they are pretty much a form of REPE right? I remember someone going there from college , but didn’t really understand how they were different than BX REPE that actively recruited and REAM didn’t on campus. what’s the association to their work? is it very good to work here over banking then going to REPE at a good shop or what is the level or complexity, etc. one needs to be able to handle to get in and do well + are the interviews with multi family property models and stuff (we have a real estate fund that does stuff like that and that’s who ended up in REAM but I don’t keep in touch with them and didn’t care to know at the time lol).
