Recently been approached by Bluefin for a quant trader role and struggling to find much about them - seems like they have some good people there from what little I can find out so not sure whether they’re strong but just secretive Anyone got any familiarity/insight into them and where they stand relative to other shops?

I talked to them at one point in time / went through the full process. From what I saw, it's very much an old school prop shop. They had like 5 dev's total, and a lot of the trading done seemed to be voice. I didn't get the idea that they had any real quant infra. I remember finding that someone with the same name of one of the partners (Gennady Zavilevich) I interviewed with had filed a patent for a kegel exercise machine, so I wasn't sure how to feel about that.
