BMO Associate & Analysts 2011 Bonus

Does anybody have any information as to the levels of compensation for BMO Capital Markets first years Stub Period in New York City (or Chicago) for 2011?

I am hoping to get information about the Stub bonus and salary increase (for those that started full time this past summer) for the following:

  • First year Analysts: Bonus and Base
  • First year Associates: Bonus and Base

Thank you.

heard first-year associate base is comparable to the street. 100-120K for first-year. Is that about right? I guess everyone says that about every firm. Not sure bonus.

I actually heard those that started this past summer were at $125k starting....This is from a very strong source.

My understanding is that they consistently beat the street on bonus and pay, their value proposition. Trying to see what the stub period was.

Drummer:
I have heard that BMO's bonus figures are actually above street (this was for Chicago). I didn't get a specific number though.

I agree with that for both Chicago and New York....beat the street on base pay and bonus.
