BMO Harris CADP?

Hey guys,

I am completing my MSc in Accounting in December from a non-target (3.7 GPA) I have completed the CFA L 3, and I currently work for Chase Wealth Management (as an associate advisor aka glorified assistant to mass affluent advisors). I went to a career fair and talked to a couple of guys from BMO about the Commercial Analyst Development Program. I gave them a resume thinking nothing bad could come of it. I got an email for an interview on Tuesday, so time is a little tight. Can anyone provide any info on this program, expectations, interview insight, etc?

Much appreciated!

From what i understand, is, this is a program for Canadian university students to jump into Banking related work. When i say banking, i don't mean M&A or anything fancy. Most likely the position will be in Commercial banking, so stuff like handling loans and deposits and stuff like that. Might be worth doing the interview for experience. Goodluck man ! hope it goes well.
