Bonus check just hit, what to invest in aside from VOO?

Bonus check just hit. About ~$400k in discretionary cash to invest. Is there anything I should do to invest / diversify outside of VOO? Total amateur when it comes to stock picking so I'm not gonna do that. Right now all I've got in brokerage is is half VOO half VGT etf's.

I have 2 mortgages if that makes a difference, both on sub 3% rates but I'm not all that interested in paying those down.

Mid-twenties / no kids etc / no debt outside homes.

PLTR probably one of my top long-term picks, bought a ton when it was trading ~$9-10 right after IPO because Joe Lonsdale & Peter Thiel are among the holy men of tech and this company has been one of the most hyped longer-term stay-privates in the VC space up to this point.  They are the one to watch in the govtech space.  They're well on their way to becoming the go-to government OS and I expect their commercial offerings will be similarly impactful.

If you want something to pop in say the next year (possibly long-term hold if you really believe in the turnaround + logistics advantage they have for same-day delivery) I'd go with GME.  Look into Ryan Cohen (founder & former CEO of Chewy).  The man has the same terminator-like focus on customer experience as Bezos, has already proven himself to be able to scale a consumer business that competes with giants like eBay and Amazon, and has been taking on massive ownership over the last 2 quarters while being vocally supportive of the company's pivot to eCommerce and used electronics.  Then for the technical thesis, check out the short interest + massive institutional flow into the name over the past two quarters from massive hedge funds & LOs alike.  The massive tear it had this week wasn't due to volume it was purely technical, and it's only big downticks aside from the earnings dump have been multi-million dollar slugs of Puts from the non-believers trying to stay afloat.  I bought in heavy after the earnings dump and have been adding to my position steadily every week since.
