Bonuses/comp at regional funds
I expected this to be discussed a few times already, but couldn't find anything, so if anybody remembers a thread where this has been done already, don't hesitate to call me out. Does anybody know if the regional PE (and other alternative asset) shops pay less?
For banking, sure, the bonuses aren't going to be as high in Charlotte. but it seems to me there are funds all over the place, some of which you have never heard of yet rack up great returns and are making people rich.
