Bonus/Salary at good Boutiques (not elite)
What do good Boutiques in London pay? I'm referring to firms with multiple former MM Bank (HW, Baird, Blair etc.) Analysts founded by a MD from a BB/EB/MM Bank. I assume they pay street?
I'm talking about firma like: Ondra, Torch, GP Bullhound, FT Partners, Daiwa, GCA
Will likely vary, depending on generally how successful the firm is, how many deals they usually close annually, whether they’re generalists or sector-focused, average deal size, leanness of the team, etc.
Could make a small ranking? Including firms like Ondra, Torch, Valence Group, Cavendish, Daiwa etc.?
Rumor has it that Valence Group paid extremely well. Know for a fact that base was slightly above street and heard that bonuses were > 100%. Think this might not be the case now that they were acquired by Piper Sandler. Good shop overall for chemicals. Cavendish is barely Ibanking

Usually base is a bit lower but bonus is a bit higher, overall comp is similar.
