Book about US and European macro history
Looking for a good summary on the state of the US and European economy and macroeconomy in the last 100 years. Something that lays out why inflation, rates, growth, equity/credit markets etc were what they were at points in time. Can be any resource that lays out the key developments over time.
Thanks
