Book Club

I just finished reading a long, dry, technical book and was wondering what you fellow monkeys out there are reading...

I'm looking for suggestions...and going away from my usual non-fiction reading and heading to the fictional world.

So any fictional recommendations will be appreciated. Thanks.

Can't help but to suggest "American Psycho." :P (But actually, it's twisted as far as fiction goes). Also, you might wanna try "The Fear Index," which is quite recent. Also, also, I'd suggest "A Farewell to Arms," or "For Whom the Bell Tolls," "The Caine Mutiny," or perhaps "The Naked and the Dead."

(Obvious military history fiction trend above)

Oy vey, Paradise Lost is truly a slog.

I'm gonna move the Caine Mutiny up to the top of my list. Plus, it made a decent movie (and is on streaming Netflix, no less).
