Best Study Guides

Hello, I've been looking for a guide to practice my LBO and Growth equity modeling and case studies, as well as to learn the best ways to break into PE. I've found two guides, WSO and Mergers&Inquisitions, and it seems that the former has more on breaking in while the latter has more guides. Does anyone have any personal recoomendations between either those two or one that is not mentioned?

Thanks

Fabozzi Mortgage backed securities should cover a lot of those topics.

There is a book called Mergers, Acquisitions, and Restructurings that most college LBO classes use. I have also heard good things about M&A from A to Z.

"Greed, in all of its forms; greed for life, for money, for love, for knowledge has marked the upward surge of mankind. And greed, you mark my words, will not only save Teldar Paper, but that other malfunctioning corporation called the USA."
