Books on Infrastructure Finance.
Hi,
First of all, an apology if this is not the right sub-forum.
I was wondering if anyone know any books on infrastructure finance, I'm looking mostly on two types:
1.-Theory heavy - Similar to Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investments
2. Theory mixed with practical part - Similar to Peter Linneman's Book
Any input would be greatly appreciated, as I searched the forum and found a description of Finance Infrastructure, but not really any information on it.
Hey bt3SM, I swear if I had a silver banana for every lonely thread I posted too I'd be richer than @compbanker ...
Fingers crossed that one of those helps you.
I found the list below on another website. I liked the idea of Modern Project Finance: A Casebook, from reading book reviews it turns out that the book just presents the business case, then a number of options to solve the problem without actually giving the right answer. It is more for discussion purposes in an MBA class. A book like this showing the pros and cons of each option as well as the recommended course of action would be a great way to fast track "getting deals under ones belt". The last book listed seems to do this but the price on amazon is over $2k
