Books to learn about ECM/Books about ECM (IPOs)
What are the best books to learn about Equity Capital Markets? I am currently reading Straight to hell by John LeFevre, and also previously read Liars Poker by Michael Lewis - both of these are about DCM/Bonds trading/Credit Sales etc. I am looking for something similar from ECM space. Otherwise, would also be happy to read some more technical book on ECM, IPOs, right issues etc.
Any ideas? Thanks a lot.

IPOs & equity offerings by Ross Geddes is good, goes into detail on all ECM products
This is a great guide to have on hand too - Handbook of Corporate Equity Derivatives & Equity Capital Markets
