Hi guys!
I'll be starting work in a derivatives sales desk soon- have a few months to prepare. Anyone have suggestions on what books/resources to read prior to starting?
I've been going through John Hull's Options, Futures, and Other Derivatives- but I wanted to read a book that was more "practical" from a market-making standpoint. For instance, I know that options traders place a lot of emphasis on the greeks, and it'd be great if I can have more resources on this.
Thanks a lot!

Good one to learn more about the Greeks specifically.
