Bridgewater's terminology is so odd and its size has ballooned so much in the last few years so it's a bit hard to get a bead on what goes on there.
EDIT: It may also be a cult.

Anyone worked at B-water as a portfolio associate? Care to share your experience there? or any hearsay? I hear fit is very important and that it's a meritocracy/flat culture.

No idea what this position entails, but I know that they recruit at my target for Management & Investment Associate positions. I assume that you would want to go for those roles instead.
