Broad Ranking Of HC Specific Firms?

Looking for insights as to how hc specific firms stack up against one another in totality? What I mean by that, is I'm curious if there's any variance in comp/culture specifically across the board? For purposes of this, let's consider: Leerink (been all over lately), MTS, Torreya. I suppose if anyone has insights at other MMs too - maybe such as WB that would be great. Also, let's assume this is from the perspective of someone not looking to do banking just to move on, so let's account for exit opps and purely asses comp and culture. Does anyone stand out amongst the group, or are they all ~ same. Love to hear people's thoughts.

Independent of vertical focus, what about just comp/culture? I guess the specific insight I'm looking for is whether or not industry specific boutiques (in my case, HC) have stronger culture, compared to bigger platforms. Then, I'm trying to understand if getting a strong culture + industry focus comes at the expense of comp.

Generally have heard great things about Cain/MTS cultures. Unsure of other HC boutiques. My current company has a strong relationship with Cain and used them for our biggest acquisition to date.

Edit: Forgot to answer comp, I've been told MTS pays probably the best out of all the HC boutiques.
