Brookfield Property Investments Role
Anyone know the difference between Brookfield Property Partners and Brookfield Property Group if there is one? This is the RE investment arm of BAM from what I understand. Is this BAM’s megafund PERE Group that is currently #2 on the PERE50?
What is culture/hours like here for investments personnel? 60 hour weeks? 70? Also, what’s their comp structure? Are associates making $250 all in? More? If already at a top tier development firm, is this a role even worth pursuing, or is THE role worth pursuing? I’m trying to understand if this is truly once in a lifetime or if roles like this come around if one has an existing solid name on resume. Thanks in advance.
