BU vs UIUC (Economics Major)

Hi,

I’m an international students who’s been admitted to UIUC and BU for Economics, and could really use some advice on which to attend. I hope to pursue a double degree in finance and economics regardless of which I go to, and hope to break into banking/consulting once I graduate. I am aware both these schools are not target-schools, but they are the best choices I have at this point. Tuition expense is not a major concern.

Factors to consider include:
- Internship Opportunities
- How helpful alumni are
- Overall prestige
- Job placement + Starting Salary after graduation

Any and all input would be much appreciated!

Thanks,
